1. When can I expect delivery?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days.
In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to unforeseen delays. You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched.
2. Are products refundable?
All purchases are final sale.
We maintain a strict non-refundable policy, so we kindly ask that you ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing payment. This policy is in place to uphold the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our skincare formulations.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via notification.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status online in real time.
4. How long before I see results?
Skin responses may vary, as every individual’s skin is unique.
However, the majority of our clients report visible improvements within 14 days of consistent use. For optimal results, we recommend using the products twice daily without skipping applications.
5. Will these products cause sensitivity or downtime?
No. Our formulations are designed to be non-invasive and barrier-friendly.
We use natural tyrosinase inhibitors such as alpha arbutin, kojic acid, and licorice root extract to effectively reduce excess melanin production while maintaining the skin’s natural balance, without causing irritation or downtime.
6. Can I use these products with other skincare products?
For best results, we recommend using the Milk Cloud range on its own.
Combining it with additional skincare products may interfere with the active ingredients and could lead to unintended reactions or reduced effectiveness.
